Inspections will have due dates based on the frequencies that are set (weekly, monthly, etc.). You can also schedule the inspections manually, if you want the inspections done on a different date (this could be due to a holiday, building closure, or other reason).

Step by Step Instructions


To review inspection due dates, start by logging into the web app:

  1. Click Inspections.
  2. Click Schedule.
  3. Select an Inspections Due filter.
  4. Checkmark Include Unscheduled Items. (Unscheduled Items are items that have never been inspected previously and so they don't have a scheduled date yet.)
  5. Optional: Select a Route
  6. Optional: Select one or more Inspection Categories.
  7. Click Apply Filters.
  8. Optional: Use the filter icon on the column headers to filter the list.
  9. If an inspection is due for one date (e.g. 5/31/2021) but you want the inspection to occur on another date (e.g. 6/1/2021), checkmark the inspection point.
  10. Click the calendar icon.

Now, you can choose the schedule details:

  1. Assign this inspection to a User or a Group of users.
  2. If you selected Assign by Group, choose the Group.
  3. Select a Scheduled date.
  4. Optional: Add Notes. (e.g. Rescheduling due to Memorial Day holiday.)
  5. Click Schedule.

*If necessary, the schedule can also be cleared.

Please note: If any Inspection Points have never been inspected, there will not be a due date. There are two options in this scenario.

  1. Complete the first inspection in the mobile app. The system will auto-generate the next due date.
  2. Schedule the first inspection.
