As inspections are completed, the results can be reviewed in the web app. The results can be filtered by completed date, inspection category, result, and more.

Step by Step Instructions



To view completed inspections, start by logging into the web app:

  1. Click Inspections.
  2. Click Completed.
  3. Select a Completed Date filter.
  4. Optional: Select one or more Inspection Categories.
  5. Click Apply Filters.
  6. Optional: Use the filter icon on the column headers to filter the list.
  7. Click the Form icon to view the inspection.

Here you can review the inspection results:

  1. View the Prompt column to see the question that was asked.
  2. View the Response column to see how the inspector responded.
  3. View the Result column to see the Pass/Fail result.
  4. Click the PDF icon, then select a Report to generate a PDF of this inspection.
  5. Click the download icon to generate an Excel file of this inspection.

To view the history of an inspection point, click the Point ID.

Now you can review the information:


  1. The left side shows the inspection point's Barcode, Type, Status, LocationLast Seen By, and Date Last Seen. 
  2. The top shows the Schedule of this inspection point.
  3. The bottom shows the GPS location of this inspection point (if GPS is enabled on this inspection type).
  4. The right side shows the History of this inspection point. You can select a historical inspection to view the details.
