Routes are a helpful way to organize inspections. An inspector may enter a building and inspect each Inspection Point in the same order, every time. The inspector can create a route in the mobile app; this way, anyone who is not familiar with the building can complete inspections in a timely manner.

Step by Step Instructions
To Inspect by Route, tap the plus sign.
Tap Inspect by Route.
Now select the proper criteria:
- Select a route. (To create a route, see here.)
- Optional: Use the Filter icon to filter by Due Date, Assigned To, and more.
- Tap the first Inspection Point.
- Tap Start. (Please note: If you are unable to inspect this point, you can tap Skip, and provide a reason why.)
Now continue with this Inspection Point:
- View the Inspection Point's available information, such as Status, Last Inspection Date, Properties, and Image.
- Tap Next.
If applicable, select the type of inspection to be completed, such as Weekly, Monthly, or Annual. You can view the Due Date for each inspection type here.
Now complete the inspection:
- Complete all required questions. Use the Comment and Photo icons to add supplemental information as needed. If a Comment or Photo is required, the icon will turn red.
- Based on your Form settings, you may have a toggle for "Corrected On Site". If the Inspection Point could have failed, but the inspector was able to resolve the failure at the time of the inspection, this allows the inspector to resolve the failure without generating a CAPA.
- If an Article is attached to this Form, you may find helpful information about this type of inspection.
- Tap the menu icon to filter the questions (e.g. Show All, Show All Mandatory, etc.)
- Tap More to leave an Overall Comment, change the point's Status, or the point's Location.
- Tap Done.
You can perform another inspection on this point, return to the list, or quit. If you tap Return To List, you can inspect the next point on the route.
