Forms are the questions inspectors must answer at each inspection. You can have multiple forms for different types of inspections.

Step by Step Instructions


To add a form, start by logging into the web app:

  1. Click Forms.
  2. Select Forms.
  3. Click New Form.

Now you can enter the details:

  1. Enter a Title.
  2. Click the green plus sign to add a question.

Now, you can add questions:

  1. Select or type a Section for this question. Questions can be split into sections, or all placed into one section.
  2. Enter a Prompt. This is the question the inspector will see.
  3. Click the three bars to select a Response. This is how the inspector gets to respond to the question.
  4. Choose if the question is Mandatory.
  5. If applicable, enter the Regulatory Code relating to this question.
  6. Click Image.

Now, you can add an image:

  1. Click the three bars to add an image of this equipment. You may want to show what the equipment looks like in good condition.
  2. Click Corrective Actions.

Set up Corrective Actions and click Save.

You can also re-order the questions by dragging and dropping them. When you are finished, click Publish.

Now, you can attach this form to an Inspection Category:

  1. Click Inspections.
  2. Click Inspection Points.
  3. Scroll to a category, and click the cog wheel to edit the category.

Now, you can add the form to an inspection:

  1. Click Inspections.
  2. Edit an inspection.

Now, you can choose the form:

  1. Click the Form column to attach the form.
  2. Click Save.

To edit a form, click the name of the form.

To remove a form, right-click the form, and click Archive.

To find an archived form, click the arrow in between Settings and your Form names, highlight Archived, and click Apply Filters.

Please note: If you see a red X next to a form name, this means the form has a revision in progress. If you click the red X, this will delete the revision, and return the form to its last published state.
