CAPAs may need to be updated as they are being resolved, and closed when they are fully resolved. CAPAs can be updated three ways:

  1. Using the mobile app.
  2. Using the Actions icon.

Step by Step Instructions


To view a CAPA, tap CAPA or CAPA Overdue.

Tap the Filter icon to filter the list.  (e.g. Due Date, Category, Images, etc.)

Tap on a CAPA.

View the available details (Generated By, Generated On, Resolution Due, Comments, etc.)

To update a CAPA, tap Next.

You can update the WorkFlow Step if necessary, and tap Media to add photos.

To resolve a CAPA, enter a resolution, change the WorkFlow Step to Resolved, then tap Done.

The CAPA will drop off of your list, and can be viewed from the web app.
