Now, you can attach the CAPA Category to this question:

  1. Click Corrective Actions.
  2. Checkmark "Corrective Action on Fail".
  3. Select a CAPA Category.
  4. Days to Resolve will default based on your CAPA Category settings. This can be edited.
  5. Optional: Checkmark "Allowed to Correct on Site". If the Inspection Point could have failed, but the inspector was able to resolve the failure at the time of the inspection, this allows the inspector to resolve the failure without generating a CAPA.
