There are three ways to add Inspection Points:
- Add an Inspection Point manually in the web app.
- Add an Inspection Point manually in the mobile app.
- Import a list of Inspection Points.

Step by Step Instructions
Start by tapping the menu icon.
Tap Inspection Points.
Now, you can enter the General settings:
- Enter a unique Point ID. If the Inspection Point already has a serial number or asset ID, then it is best to use it. Otherwise, either use the same value as in the Barcode, or just use a sequential number similar to the Location ID.
- Optional: Enter a Barcode. This is the value that can be entered/scanned in the mobile app to find this Inspection Point.
- Select an Inspection Category.
- Select a Type.
- Select a Status.
- Optional: Enter a Comment.
Now enter the Location settings:
- Tap Location.
- If you have a QR/barcode for the Location, scan the code. If you do not have a QR/barcode, proceed to the next step.
- Select a Facility. (If you do not see the Facility you need, tap Add in the top-right corner.)
- Select a Level 1 Location, which might be the building. (If you do not see the Level 1 you need, tap Add in the top-right corner.)
- Select a Level 2 Location, which might be the floor. (If you do not see the Level 2 you need, tap Add in the top-right corner.)
- Select a Location, which might be the room. (If you do not see the Location you need, tap Add in the top-right corner.)
You can also add an Image of this Inspection Point. (e.g. You may want to show what the equipment looks like in good condition.):
- Tap Image.
- Tap Take Photo.
You can also add Properties:
- Tap Properties.
- Enter any applicable fields.
You can also add the Last Inspection Date(s):
- Tap Dates.
- Enter the Last Inspection Date(s).
- Tap Done.
