Before you can sign in on the Web Portal, or use the Mobile App, you first need to activate your user account. You will receive an activation email, and you simply need to click the 'Activate Account' link.
The link, which can only be used once, will direct you to a page where you are asked to set your password.
Type your password twice, and your account is ready for use.
