If you receive an error message stating “The
file couldn’t open in Protected View.” follow these steps:
- Click OK.
- Click File.
- Click Options.
- Click Trust Center.
- Click Trust Center Settings…
- Click Protected View.
- Uncheck the first box “Enable Protected View for
files originating from the internet”.
- Click Save.
- Re-open the file.
This setting can be re-enabled once you have
completed your template.
